Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by us.

Cancellation Policy

For both in-person and virtual sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling.

Any payments made beyond the required deposit may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled when cancellation notice is provided within the required timeframe.

Virtual sessions may be recorded. Rescheduling a session does not guarantee access to any recordings unless otherwise stated.

No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing the required advance notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
